What are our “Tools to Grow”?
We use our “Tools to Grow”—our created system— to deliver quality, personalized, effective services to our clients. These are core tenets to our approach, and can be mixed in a variety of ways to create the best plan for you! Our toolkit includes (but is not limited to…)
Academic Mastery
We focus on the foundational skills for reading, writing, and mathematics. Students are grouped based on their mastery levels, and work at paces that are best suited for them.
Financial Literacy
Students will learn the basic financial underpinnings of how the economy works: Credit, Insurance, Budgeting, and Investments.
Leadership
Students will be given opportunities to be leaders in their small group sessions, and in many of the classes that we offer. They will learn how to conduct themselves, and how to become contributing members of society.
Career Connections
Students will learn from experts in different fields, and begin down pathways that will lead them to prominent and emerging career fields.
How Do We Provide These Tools?
We have a 4 step process for anyone interested in our services…
1) Set up a meeting—Fill out the form on our Contact Us page providing information on what you’re interested in
2) Meet with one of our staff—Have a 15 minute phone call or engage in an online conversation to assess your needs and set your goals for our time together
3) Fill out our intake form—Fill out our parent intake form, detailing the kind of support you need for your child. Receive a personalized plan and quote complete with learning goals, times, days, location, and subjects taught
4) Schedule and begin your journey—We start out with a diagnostic session to assess students strengths, and then assign them to a mastery band with skills they need to work on.
